Website said item was in stock and would be dispatched in 2 or 3 days. However once order was placed item was suddenly no longer in stock! It took around 2 weeks to arrive. Not what I expect in todays marketplace. If you haven't got it in stock, don't lead customers to think you have it sitting on the shelf.
Once item was dispatched it arrived within 24 hours, well packaged and as expected.
