Ordered a product which when arrived was by a different company called smart band.....when searching on Google the product was shown on Amazon for £12.99. I am appalled by the service as they are now ignoring my messages when before hand they would come back to me straight away when chasing my delivery. They also sent the parcel to the wrong address which luckily i noticed when Hermes sent my confirmation and re diverted to a neighbour.
The product does not look like what was ordered. I would NOT recommend them.
