I purchased 2 for my children's Christmas gifts and after spending a great deal of time, downloading 3 different apps and googling how to sync these with the apps I have given up. But my google search did bring up these reviews which has made me stop banging my head against the wall as no matter what I do they are not going to work!! I am very disappointed as the website looks so legitimate with the pad locket the start so I trusted it. I even read the BBC review so believed it was true. They did take a long time to arrive but came in time for christmas, but to be honest I now feel I will be wasting my time trying to get a refund. I have sent email through support of we page and the support email on shipment email so wish me luck. DO not order these the will give you a headache
