It's been a couple of years since I was a landlord. Fox & Sons Eastbourne were the most dreadful dreadful company I've ever come across. Rental money was often incorrect, they didn't return calls, they wouldn't follow up my complaints where the tenant was digging up our beautiful garden, ripped curtains, let mould grow in the house, ruined the carpets, so so many more problems & ultimately left the place full of their rubbish! We also lost half of our deposit because they did not point out any of this on the check out report to the TDS. If you want to save yourself stress, i wouldnt go near them. They're the pitts. One star is too good for them.
