Order placed in 21 of August for destination Marbella, Spain. Now we are in 17 of September. As of today, I have not received the package, nor have I received any updates regarding its delay. I have checked with the shipping carrier and there seems to be no additional information available on the whereabouts of the package. I would appreciate it if you could investigate the matter promptly and either ensure the delivery of the package or process a full refund. Please let me know the next steps as soon as possible.
