Never using hairburst again, cancelled the subscription. Really appalling customer service! My order was never delivered and it took 2 weeks for them to come back! I purchased the vegan hair vitamins for hair loss, 3 month supply and brought another 3 month supply (which was the one that went missing) to give it 6months to see any results because they do taste good. No results at almost 3 months in, and due to the complete lack of decency when i did have a problem with the order, cancelled further subscriptions going forward and will never be using this brand again - will try Perfectil hair vitamins, which have higher potency in ingredients anyway. I even wrote a review on Trustpilot and they responded saying they will reach out, but they never did? Literally just to try and appear like they do care. If you cant get the basics right
