I must have been unlucky with my order. I received two emails, one saying my item had been damaged in transit and wouldn’t be delivered and another to say delivery had been attempted (but not in my town/county). I got in touch with Hairburst who were apologetic and offered to replace or refund. I opted for a replacement but unfortunately had exactly the same issue and received the same emails. I reached out to Hairburst, didn’t hear back so requested a refund.
