Brilliant customer service, did offer help when I put the wrong order address in (unfortunately contacted them a moment too late as the delivery service took it before they could change a thing).
Haven't needed a return or refund, and when you take advantage of the deals available, the price is worth it.
Only thing I would say is that the refillable options need to include the oily hair shampoo and conditioner as well! As someone who is looking to change as much as possible to refillable options, it would be a brilliant incentive.
