So, order since November still is not dispatched. Contacted them via e-mail and twice via pnone. Each time different reasons why they dont dispatch: or black friday's fault, or Royal mail's. I'd like to protect the Royal mail, because orders from other 9 shops came in time. Fragrance direct is a scam, I can not even cancel the order because I'm told to wait before "I can"(funny, because they already took my money). Bad reviews on Trustpilot are drown pretty quickly with generated good ones in the next few minutes.
