I have not received two orders from November the 2nd. I have emailed the customer service constantly and all I have got back is the same response. It’s disgusting, I have spent so much money with your company and I had to re buy the items as it’s over a month late for a birthday present. I would never recommend joining your membership ever again.
It’s been so much stress before Christmas. I have even missed out of free girder when I brought the products and even a gift set.
I am now forking out more money to get some items for Christmas. You don’t deserve my money at all! I want my money back asap! That’s two orders!
