Delivery Service is poor - untracked - My package was supposed to arrive on a Friday, then was shown as delivered Saturday which it was not. I sent in a email and was told to look around at neighbouring property nothing .The package finally arrived on Wednesday after i had re order from elsewhere - fragrance direct could not tell me what had happened to the parcel and told me that i had been left in a safe place and i could send the product back if i wanted to !
Not the best customer service !
