I have bought from FD several times and been fairly happy. I regularly buy my favourite perfume Marc Jacobs Eau de Fresh from them but over recent months the fragrance smell doesn't seem to last very long. My most recent purchase (Feb 2020) has been more than disappointing, it was advertised significantly cheaper than anywhere else (at least £10). I thought too good to be true - whilst it is delivered in the correct bottle and looks right, it really has no fragrance smell to it whatsover. FD have offered to replace or refund but I have to go to all the bother of repackaging, printing off the label and going to the post office to return. I won't be ordering again from them.
