I’m not very happy with the sizing of this company, when my items arrived they ran extremely small, (size large more like a small). This is mentioned in the FAQs but should be more visible for customers before purchasing or they should just change the size measurements. I used the right fit guarantee for one pair of underwear, they sent me a voucher for the price I paid (£6) but by the time this came through, the prices had risen back to £15 as I’d purchased these in the Black Friday sale. I feel that it would’ve been better to have emailed a preferred size and been sent that rather than recieving a voucher I can’t use. I just feel that this is a ploy to gain more money, I’m sure other people have experienced similar. I also returned the rest of my order over a week ago for a size exchange, but have not heard anything back, and by now the prices of everything I originally ordered will have gone back up, meaning that I will not be able to purchase the same quantity as it is too expensive. Not to mention there are no paid returns, so I had to pay for this myself too. Not satisfied with this company, I will use the e-vouchers for exchange when I EVENTUALLY get them, seeing as I’d lose money if not, but I certainly won’t be buying from this company again and would not recommend them to anybody.
