I was looking for specific walking trousers & shorts (Craghoppers, Kiwi). Franticelix had what I wanted, but out of stock. I asked for a stock notification when they came in, not expecting to hear anything, but did after a week or so. I ordered them on a Tuesday, they were despatched on Thursday and arrived Monday (free postage). They were well wrapped and exactly what I wanted. Excellent service. Would use again.
