The service to Australia was very quick, I expected to receive the item 5-10 days after dispatch and it came in 7. THe Franticelix website was easy to use and I really like the jacket, it looks really nice.
I just hope it will be warm enough. There's a really helpful warmth scale from Craghoppers on the tag on the jacket, it would be great if that was on the description on the website.
I'm glad I ordered the size I did as if I had have gone off the size guide I would've ended up with a jacket that was way too big!
