I bought a pair of trousers. They arrived quickly and were great quality but too short. I contacted them and the returns process was very quick and easy and the refund made speedily. I think the returns procedure working so well is a fantastic sign of the service offered and received. Certainly, as a potential online customer, I want to know this in advance.
