Service was great, quick delivery, however in the middle of a return to change for a larger size. The size 10 winter fleece lined trousers are much snugger (too snug) than the normal kiwi pro stretch trousers which are pretty roomy on me as a standard size 10 long. I've re-ordered up a size to 12 long. Length was great, long fits me well 5'10, also when I tried on the fleece lining was lovely and warm!
