Although their items are very high quality and offered at incomparable prices, the service leaves much to be desired. I tried purchasing the same item three times, and when I was unsuccessful, I tried contacting the company. I wrote to them on Friday, June 8, 2018. It is Tuesday, June 12, 2018 and they still haven't gotten back to me. I was successful in purchasing the item I wanted, but at a slightly higher price because my voucher code was no longer valid. Very dissapointed in their customer service.
