Freegrabapp offers some great software. I used Netflix downloader and Spotify downloader. I can honestly say that Netflix Downloader is the best downloader for Netflix I've found in the last year. It's the only downloader that offers a wide range of video qualities, allows downloading an entire season of a series, allows bilingual videos, and enforces a specific subtitle format. All of these things don't have to be set for each individual video, but can be configured as general settings. The only negative I can think of is that you have to manually paste links to shows, which isn't really a problem because when you paste an episode of a show you can click [all episodes] and it will load all the episodes. You can also save the links the free Netflix downloader is progressing with, as well as your progress in downloading so you can just shut down your computer during the download if you need to and continue later. love it
