Never used freeNET before but I was impressed with the service. The item was a good price and delivered promptly, but we decided that it was not what we were hoping for (a Bosch stick vacuum that was heavier than expected) so we requested a return which was very promptly arranged and refund received. Positive experience even though we decided against the product
