I’m only give 5stars because your service was excellent. My morphy Richard supervac got delivered super quick. However as for the product I was not satisfied. As within a couple of months the suction got very low. I cleaned it throughly too. But it didn’t help. So would not recommend to buy that specific product. Otherwise. Service is excellent
