I ordered a Samsung Microwave off another retailer and I was given a three week wait which was ok but then on the day of delivery they put it back another four weeks I asked for a refund and re-ordered it off Freenet and got next day delivery. When it arrived it had a couple of feet missing so they sent out another one the next day and picked the first one up at the same time. Brilliant. Best customer service I've come across.
