Exceptional customer service! I ordered a Miele C3 Cat & Dog vacuum from them last week; the price was very good compared to other suppliers, and it arrived as promised the day after I ordered, by tracked delivery. I then discovered it had been packaged with an older model turbo head than the one in the description/photos on the website; this was Miele's fault, not freeNET's, but freeNET were extremely helpful when I rang and immediately arranged for the correct replacement head to be sent out to me the same day, at no cost and without needing to return the other head. They were very pleasant and friendly to deal with and I would recommend them.
