Simple order process. I ordered a Miele vacuum and wasn’t sure if next day delivery was assured so ordered on Wednesday. Received notification for next day delivery and chose to amend it to Friday. Simple and easy process. Received a message with delivery hour slot and it was delivered within the time frame and most importantly intact! Very happy with the process and the great price, would definitely use freeNet again without hesitation. Oh and the vacuum is great! Many thanks!
