Item arrived as promised next day. Just in time to take on holiday to Cornwall to give to her wife's parents as an anniversary gift. Gave it to them and was used happily for a day until it had a leak. Rang freeNet and explained that they were returning to France at the end of the week and a replacement was delivered the following day by DPD and the faulty one picked up. Never had customer service like it before. Absolutely bowled over, so impressed and cannot recommend highly enough. A*****
