We ordered a wall heater from Freenet electrical and when it was delivered the remote control didn’t work. I contacted the company, and explained the problem, they were brilliant and sent a replacement out to me straight away. I received the replacement this morning and now everything works perfectly.
What an excellent service! I would definitely use them again. Highly recommended.
