I have used Freeprints for many years and most of the time they are great. They are badly let down by customer service repeating parrot fashion that they cannot help. It is like banging your head against a brick wall. Thanks to them I have missed out on 45 freeprints plus 6 others through no fault of mine and it will be another four weeks before I can get any more. I would only recommend with caution.
