I ordered 4 photo tiles 2 months ago now and still awaiting my order. Emailed customer services and they say they use a courier who don't give you an estimated time of arrival, will only attempt delivery 3 times and do not post an attempt to deliver notice through your door. Apparently they have attempted delivery twice already so they can only attempt one more time but can not tell me when this will be. No correspondence to say they have even attempted delivery once. So unfortunately due to not being able to stay in the house 24-7 in hope that the delivery will arrive I have asked for a refund. No recognition to this being any fault of their own. In fairness I have received prints from freeprints before now and would never have questioned their business which is so unfortunate.
