Used this company before a few times and had no problems. This time I ordered some fridge magnets, i cropped the pictures how i wanted them, and two turned up not how I had cropped them, cutting half of the pictures out. Emailed customer service 3 times to be told it's my own fault and they print how I put it, they said "we have already explained but out of courtesy, this time only we will refund you".
So I found the pictures and how I ordered them and they were NOT printed the same.
Not using this company again, rude customer service!
