I’ve never used a mortgage advisor before but from the word go the staff at Friends Capital have been excellent and obviously the ethos of the company. My process took longer through external factors and they stood with me throughout advising and chasing on my behalf. In these days of automated systems and long waits to speak to someone I couldn’t of asked for more and will look to use them again in the future.
