Terrible customer service. Advisors hung up on me mid sentence when requesting information then took a hostile tone when I called back. Then outright lied to me.
Goods took over a month to arrive, when they did turn up in three separate packages a week apart.
Mower was supposed to come with complementary oil it didn't.
Wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy.
