I bought a log splitter from FRJones and the stop switch was broken in transit, packaging was noticeably damaged.
The staff at FRJones and in particular Matt Hawkins could not have done more to help and rectify the slight problem. I am delighted, no firm could have been more helpful. Highly recommended.
