Bought an item as advertised on their web page, they gave me multiple dates for arrival (only when prompted), six months later no item, I requested a refund, they said yes, I didn’t receive the money - they said it was sent to my account- they sent me a screenshot of a refund transaction with no account details/names (blocked out) and said they couldn’t do anything. Next thing they pack up. Just like that. Unbelievable! They’ve just disappeared with my £300. Still owe me.
