Update: Credit was issued after I received an email request for this review & I appreciate that. What I don't appreciate is that my phone call & emails were ignored, and it was only after a poor public review that someone contacted me, but they did make it right in the end.
I made a mistake & ordered the wrong blades, and when we were switching the order they noticed the online order had failed to give me the 10% off. So, the difference for the slightly larger blades was only supposed to be approximately $10 emote & the Customer Service Rep was very nice. But, I was charged charged an extra $36 instead, which I did not authorize & shipping was delayed multiple times. Reached out twice & received no reply.
