I have recently have had a brick fuego pizza oven installed . Most impressed with quality of design and simplicity of using it .An undercover structure is recommended to protect from harsh weather of uk so I have had it installed under a gazebo type structure. Pizza’s cook in minutes . Fire control to maintain temperature comes with practice but once up to temperature the oven remains warm for some time ( ideal for slow cooking ) Hopefully as a virgin pizza oven purchaser I can get plenty of alfresco cooking done this spring/ summer .Installation was arranged via foundry I bought pizza oven from and a min crane was used as oven weighed in over 650 kg .I believe pizza ovens come with a 2 year guarantee.
