Awesome oven, awesome team at Fuego. I had wanted a pizza oven for a while and researched what was on the market. The Fuego oven came out best for me for looks, reviews and contact from the team. I did not have a great start as the delivery driver tipped the oven off the tail lift and it smashed into a million pieces!! I was gutted as we had waited 8 weeks for delivery. I called Javier and he was so understanding and luckily he had another oven in stock albeit the 80 not the 90, with trades booked already I decided the 80 would be ok and the second oven was despatched within 2 days!! This time all good 😊 First fire up and the pizzas 🍕 were awesome beautiful crisp bases and Mamma Lucia’s special recipe sauce. We had an issue with a thermostat and Jake replaced it straight away, couldn’t ask for more from their customer service. Beer chicken tonight 😎 just buy one if you can afford it great bit of kit.
