I called their number and unfortunately they didn't answer. However within 20 minutes Rachel called me back to check if i was okay and to apologise on not picking up. Super friendly and just thought it was such a lovely thing to do, i had been told they'd had 84 call outs 30 of which in the last hour!!! Certainly very busy and also glad to hear i wasn't the only one today to make the mistake of putting petrol in a diesel car! I sincerely hope i never make the same mistake again but if i do or i know someone who does i'd happily recommend them purely on the base of this call and the care considered to make it!
