Easy online ordering. Deliver on time. Deliver without needing to phone for directions. I've been using them for 5 years and tried others but they failed on one of the grounds above. Not the very cheapest, but competitive enough for me to pay a little more for the service. Once very helpful when I needed an emergency delivery.
