Good follow up from marketing director when a free upgrade code didn't discount, problem sorted out quickly. Oil delivered within 2 days with message about delivery left the day before. New web site is good, at last able to store account details instead of entering for every order.
Signed up to the loyalty scheme on previous order, returning savings already.
Excellent service all round and prices always seem to be competitive.
