We gave instructions that we should be informed the day before delivery. We weren't. On the receipt we were given it clearly stated that we were to be informed the day before delivery so that we could unlock the tank access.
Added to this was the fact that we were woken at 07:30 in the morning, to unlock the tank, hardly a friendly visit considering we were both suffering from an illness at the time.
