Ordering process is top notch. However I ordered on the 10 day lead time and ticked the box asking for a call from the supplier so I could unlock my tank. When I’d not had a call by the 9th day I rang them to check if my delivery was coming the next day fearfull that I’d been forgotten. After being put on hold & a long pause I was told it would come the following day. Previous orders had been delivered more promptly & I’d received a telephone call to inform which day.
