Strange customer service. I reached out first time immediately due to the wrong flavor being purchased. I got an immediate response and then my order arrived. I was given a code for future order.
Second time I ordered I reached out after 3 weeks of not receiving the order. One person said they left the company and to contact Sarah. Sarah said she would have her logistics team look into it. NOTHING. No product. It's been over a month.
