We ordered a product which turned up with the box considerably damaged and open. The delivery acceptance was duly signed packaging damaged unsure of contents. I took photo’s X 2 of damaged box and sent them by e-mail to Fun Time who responded immediately and with great courtesy by phoning me at home. They duly promptly replaced the goods on an urgent delivery, the second product turning up in excellent condition. Would happily use them again and recommend them.
