Bikes arrived quickly however the no hassle returns isn't exactly 'no hassle'!! I had to send one back and re order, thinking i could just send it back with courier who was delivering replacement wasn't an option, you have to find a courier pay a ridiculous amount and then drop it off at a local collection point...customer service are friendly enough though. And then when I was finally ready to assemble the bike I find the instructions for assembly on the Rocket Cruiser Deluxe Ride On 12v Electric Motorbike - Pink were shocking. Many different sized screws but it doesn't say what to put where, diagrams aren't very accurate and when securing the handle bars to the main frame you require bolts...It doesn't tell you that though and you need to then undo everything you have started...impressive when built though!
