Bought rocket rampage quad 18 months ago but charger fell apart after 3 months and nobody in the house told me, I just wondered why kids weren't using the £500 quad! Tried to get in touch with fun4kids to check I was ordering the right thing but no phone number. Email enquiry was answered with just a link to fun4kids website, no real help given. On balance, once I decided to just risk it and order the thing I thought I needed, it arrived the very next day. Very speedy delivery and free too!! Just wish their communication/customer service was a bit better
