Ordered a Plum 12 foot trampoline. Very competitive price. The processing and delivery was all very efficient and quick. There was a problem with a component which needed replacing before I could build it. Fun4Kids did respond quickly to my email but directed me to Plum to sort the problem out myself.
Plum did send the part within 3 days and the trampoline is now built, and highly recommended.
