Paid for a named day delivery - which Fun4Kids did not deliver on. Emailed to ask when the delivery would be and no response. There is no telephone number and their helpdesk ticketing service is unresponsive. I have given a rating of good as the product is amazing (it did eventually turn up) but from a customer experience point of view - not great at all.
