I received the goods within 24 hours and was always updated with delivery details, however, i made a mistake with my original order and had to purchase a second vehicle, returning the first one was difficult and i did not receive very much assistance from Fun4Kids. this is still ongoing therefore i do not know how long it will take to receive my refund
