Ordered the electric go-kart on Thursday with a clear indication when booking that delivery would be before Christmas -today is Monday and still no indication as to when delivery will be. I have received an email telling me to look out for a ‘tracking’ email -that has still not been received -and no further replies to my emails.
Would appreciate a response -with it being so close to Christmas and not even an indication of dispatch/shipment, this is very concerning.
I hope to hear something soon
