I've never in my life signed any statement to promise not to file a complaint in exchange for deleting my profile. There is no way to delete your profile without that. That in itself sounds like ultimatums. I'll call the Better Business Bureau and Department of Consumer Affairs. Sounds like HIPPA violation. No matter how many request and data I provided, per their response, they will not delete my profile.
